Similar to a B&B➕Group Rental, there is no signboard outside and you can't find it at first. There is no spacious front desk like a normal hotel lobby and only a little space on the 0th floor. Near the subway line. There are 3 compartments on each floor, and the compartment where I live has 5 households. The compartment has a door and requires a code to enter. There is a strong fragrance in the compartment, I don't like it. The room also requires a password. It seems that the door lock is not very secure, which makes it a bit insecure. There is a simple kitchen, no kettle, and the bathroom and bathroom are okay. The sound insulation effect is average. Hotel supplies are average. Given the generally high prices in Brussels, this hotel is a reluctant choice.

This place is totally unacceptable. It should be avoided and taken down any booking webpage. Booked for 4 nights, mailed to say we'd be late as flight was delayed, but they closed reception. On our arrival the following day, the landlady said it was no show, taking 600€ and leaving us on street with 10 year old son. Her attitude was outrageous and disgraceful, she refused to listen to us or give us the room for the following 3 nights. We booked through *********** and after several emails and phone calls we are still waiting for a solution. Places like this exist because companies like *********** do not care.
